Frazer Simpson offer a complete design, supply and installation service for a wide range of architectural façade options including natural and reconstituted masonry, precast concrete, GRC, lightweight stone and brick slip systems.
Our technicians, engineers and skilled installers provide a comprehensive service that encapsulates material selection, optimisation of performance criteria, design and warranty of support and fixing systems, compliance with building and warranty provider requirements, fully tested and certified façade options, provision of fully detailed CAD component and layout drawings and installation by our regional teams of specialist highly skilled installers and masons.
Having successfully completed many large and prestigious projects throughout the UK, Frazer Simpson place great emphasis on quality, service and the health and safety of our operatives and site personal is paramount in our continued expansion in the often complex, demanding, diverse and fast paced sector of the construction industry.
Our installation teams are CHAS accredited with all site personnel CSCS carded and each project supervised by one of our SMTS trained Regional Installation Managers. We also ensure each site has qualified first aiders within the team.
In addition to the installation of a wide range of different materials we are also able to provide certified testers to carry out on-site pull-out testing to CFA standards. Frazer Simpson carry Professional Indemnity, public and product liability are and are happy to engage in the early stages of the scheme to assist in providing a cost effective, practical, compliant and truly impressive finished project.
Natural Stone
Whilst there are many products in today’s market that replicate stone, nothing can match the timeless beauty of the indigenous material. Natural stone has a character of its own which cannot be truly reproduced by man-made alternatives.
Combining the latest computer aided design technology with state of the art cutting and profiling equipment, Frazer Simpson are major importers of French & Portuguese limestones and work closely with highly skilled stonemasons to create elegant and exquisite projects throughout the United Kingdom.

Wet Cast
With higher mix design strengths and significant differences in casting techniques, wet cast components are used in domestic housing projects, commercial and retail developments, hard landscaping and civil engineering schemes. Wet cast units can be reinforced and produced in much larger load bearing units which often reduce site installation times and associated costs. Wet cast is chosen for its strength, durability and optimal design performance characteristics.
Components can be supplied in many surface textures providing the specifier with an abundant choice of options including acid-etched, retarded and exposed aggregate finishes.
Manufactured from naturally occurring aggregates, components are produced in many shapes & sizes including classical window surrounds, imposing structural columns and feature entablatures.
Semi Dry Cast
Replicating closely in colour and texture to natural stone, semi-dry cast products can be cost-effectively incorporated into a broad spectrum of design criteria. Select from competitively priced range of standard products to more complex profiles and components to enhance and compliment any given project.
The addition of semi-dry cast dressings not only adds character and distinction, but also considerable perceived value to any property.
Available in a range of six standards colours, semi-dry cast products provide the beauty of natural stone without prohibited costs thereby enabling the incorporation of architectural dressings without compromise. Using only the finest materials, all products are hand finished to reproduce the timeless elegance of natural stone.
GRC
GRC (Glass reinforced concrete) utilises the latest manufacturing technology to produce an innovative alternative to traditional cast stone. Due extremely high tensile and flexural strength the material can be manufactured in much thinner sections without comprises, offering weight savings of up to 80%. This solution addresses issues of weight saving both on the loading of structures & manual handling requirements faced by many builders in today’s health and safety environment.
Having a surface texture like that of natural stone, GRC products are used on new build developments and can often be successfully installed retrospectively. GRC can also significantly reduce the need for expensive masonry support systems required for precast and natural stone products. Versatility is a key advantage in the selection of GRC as products are supplied for any number of uses such as architectural cladding, high level cornice and architraves, as well as traditional heads, cills, copings to door and window surrounds.
