Facing Bricks

Bricks – being highly fire and impact resistant – are also one of the most durable and secure building materials

Reclaimed Bricks
We supply reclaimed bricks from any number of demolished buildings, meaning we always have a stock of well weathered bricks. Not only can these reclaimed bricks help new projects seamlessly fit in with their surroundings, but they are environmentally friendly too, adding virtually nothing to the carbon footprint of your building project.
We can also provide newly manufactured reclaimed bricks, deliberately designed to look old. These are cost effective and comply with BS EN771-1.

Engraved Bricks
We offer a broad range of engraved bricks; a novel and permanent way of fundraising, paying tribute or marking a particular event with your building. The lettering and/or design of engraved bricks can be filled with colour to make them more striking.
Whether placed on the ground or on a wall, you can be assured that your commemorative message will be long lasting and effective.
Engineering Bricks
We supply engineering bricks which are denser and stronger than most facing bricks. Engineering bricks are ideal for use where strength and low levels of water absorption are essential, such as within retaining walls, foundations and ground works.
They are manufactured with two different classifications: Class A (minimum compressive strength of 70 N/mm2 and water absorption of 4.5%), and Class B (minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 and water absorption of 7%).

Linear Bricks
Linear bricks – also known as Roman bricks – give buildings a unique look of scale and individuality. They are available in various sizes (up to 440mm long), in numerous textures and colours. Linear bricks were once a very widely used building material, but they fell out of favour when mass production and the standardisation of bricks became prominent.
However, the use of linear bricks is once again becoming increasingly popular as consumers are looking for some product diversity and Linear bricks offer a dramatically different look over standard size bricks.
